Personal GPS Tracking Alarm - Mambo 2

A personal GPS tracking device that has several inovative features. When the panic button is pressed the unit sends emails and SMS text alert messages to different numbers alerting them to the situation. Quickly logging onto the tracking web site will instantly provide the units last location. The unit can be rung into and set to auto answer, allowing situations can be monitored from another location.

Other numbers can be preprogrammed into the unit, and the unit can be called from another telephone, which makes it ideal as an emergency mobile phone as well.

 

The unit polls its location every five minutes if no movement is detected,  and every one hundred metres when at walking speed. If the user is in a vehicle the Mambo will sense the speed and alter the plotting to once every three kilometres which helps to conserve battery power. As the GPS is always active it always reports its last known position even if taken inside out of satellite coverage. 

 

The unit is available with a loudspeaker or with bluetooth for external audio devices. It has a tilt swich mechanism so is able to perform in man down loan worker situations.
