Trading Terms And Conditions

1. All items sold are guaranteed for twelve months unless otherwise stated. Items returned for replacement or refund will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging and are in as new condition. Refunds will only be given within fourteen days of purchase. All returns must be approved prior to shipment and a returns authorisation number obtained. Should an item be unrepairable whilst under warranty Lincs Radio reserve the right to replace that item with a similar product should a direct replacement be unavailable. 
2. It is the responsibility of the user to back up any data or information stored on a returned item. Whilst ever effort will be made to restore the information, Lincs Radio cannot be held liable for loss of  such data during the repair process.
3. Equipment returned that is found to be damaged physically, or by liquid ingress, will be classed as out of warranty. Should equipment so found fail to work after inspection and/or testing then Lincs Radio cannot be held responsible.
4. A fixed charge of £25.00 will be made for refused estimates of equipment that are out of warranty or on equipment found to be beyond economical repair, this charge includes return postage.
5. Equipment that is not paid for within three months of the estimate or repair being carried out will be disposed of.
6. All Nokia accessories carry six months warranty.
7. All audio accessories carry  three months warranty.
8. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.
