Lockdown Repair & Service
Although our retail shop has had to close during Lockdown we are still able to repair your phones and other devices, you can:-
- Post your device through our letterbox (see below for instructions)
- Send your device to us by courier or Royal Mail
- Contact us by telephone
- Contact us by email repairs@lincsrsadio.co.uk
- Contact us via Facebook
When we receive your device we will ring you to confirm the repair costs and take payment if you wish to go ahead, you will be offered the option of collecting your phone, on a non contact one to one basis. You have the option of having it posted or delivered to you but there will be a charge for these services.
If you post the device to us please include either the printed and completed return form on the Repairs & Services tab or ensure the following details are included:-
- Your name
- Contact telephone number
- Make and model of device
- Serial number or IMEI (if known)
- What's wrong with itÂ
- Please DO NOT send Sim or Memory Cards
When posting equipment please ensure it is protected as we cannot accept liability for items damaged before we receive them
