Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold are guaranteed for twelve months unless otherwise stated. Items returned for replacement or refund will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging and are in as new condition. Refunds will be given within fourteen days of purchase. All returns must be approved prior to shipment and a returns authorisation number obtained. Should an item be unrepairable whilst under warranty Lincs Radio reserve the right to replace that item with a similar product should a direct replacement be unavailable.


2. It is the responsibility of the user to back up any data or information stored on a returned item. Whilst every effort will be made to restore the information, Lincs Radio cannot be held liable for loss of such data during the repair process.


3. Equipment returned that is found to be damaged physically, or by liquid ingress, will be classed as out of warranty. Should equipment so found fail to work after inspection and/or testing then Lincs Radio cannot be held responsible.


4. Repairs under warranty and free estimates do not include return carriage which must be paid for before the equipment is returned.


5. Equipment that is not paid for within three months of the estimate or repair being carried out will be disposed of.


6. All audio accessories carry three months warranty.


7. All prices quoted exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
